Payment and Service Information

1. Scope

This page summarises the main payment, billing and service-provision information relating to the Instagram growth services offered through metrik.social.

The binding contractual terms are set out in the relevant offer, the Stripe checkout and our General Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices

All prices displayed to consumers are total prices including applicable VAT.

The total price shown immediately before the order is submitted in the Stripe checkout applies to the specific order.

As of the date of this version, the following standard pricing structure applies:

Where a different promotional or special price is shown in the relevant offer or checkout, the price displayed immediately before the order is submitted applies.

3. Monthly subscriptions

For a monthly subscription, the first month is charged at the displayed introductory price.

Beginning with the following billing period, the recurring monthly price disclosed before the contract is entered into applies.

Following the first month, the subscription continues for an indefinite period and is billed monthly unless cancelled.

Cancellation may be made at any time with effect at the end of the current monthly billing period.

4. 3-month plans

A 3-month plan initially has a fixed contractual term of three months.

The initial three-month period is charged at the introductory price disclosed before the contract is entered into.

Unless cancelled for the end of the initial term, the contract subsequently continues for an indefinite period.

Billing continues three months in advance at the disclosed recurring price.

The three-month billing frequency does not create another three-month minimum contractual term following the initial term.

After the initial term, the contract may be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice.

Where the contract ends during a prepaid billing period, we refund the portion of the prepaid amount attributable to the period after the effective contract end date.

5. Payment processing

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

The payment methods available to a particular customer depend on factors including the customer’s location, currency and checkout configuration and are displayed directly in the Stripe checkout.

Depending on availability, these may include:

payment cards,
Apple Pay,
Google Pay,
SEPA Direct Debit, and
other payment methods supported by Stripe.

Payment is due at the time indicated in the checkout.

6. Commencement of service

Performance of the contract generally begins immediately following successful conclusion of the contract or successful payment authorization.

The service already includes required onboarding, setup, login and targeting activities.

Active growth interactions begin once all information and access required for operational delivery has been provided and setup has been completed.

If required information, credentials or login approvals are missing, we may contact the customer and postpone the affected service steps until the matter is resolved.

7. Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable requirements are met.

Details, including information concerning services performed during the withdrawal period, are provided in our separate withdrawal information.

8. Instagram as a third-party platform

The service is provided in connection with Instagram.

Instagram-side outages, security checks, login challenges, account restrictions or changes to functionality may temporarily affect the provision of the service.

Statutory customer rights remain unaffected.

9. No physical goods or shipping costs

No physical goods are shipped.

No shipping costs therefore apply.

Following conclusion of the contract, the customer receives an electronic payment or order confirmation.
